3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Yes, and you need to get your
pressure down ASAP.
Look on the net and order
THE old remedy for lowering
blood pressure naturally as
well as cleansing the blood:
Sassafras. It was the root
originally used to make
Root Beer, and is just the
woody root of the Sassafras
tree boiled down into tea.
The pink root is stronger than
the yellow, and it works so well
and so quickly if you drink the
Sassafras tea too strong or too fast, you
will actually get "light headed"
from the blood pressure drop.
You can order either the root
or the tea from herb sources
on the net. It grows wild from
Georgia up to Maine, and if you
look you can dig some root and
make it yourself.

Ginseng is a blood pressure equalizing herb if taken on a regular basis. You can use as a capsule or drink it as a tea.
Also, adding cinnamon to your food can help you too.
Make yourself so good old Cinnamon and sugar toast. I have a shaker that has cinnamon powder and 1 cup sugar mixed already for my kids. All they have to do is put some butter on bread, sprinkle it with the mixer and toast to lightness and eat.
Your blood pressure reading can be lowered with these changes, but you must keep ample water in you all the time and cut down on red meats and replace the cut down with more vegetables. If you eat seafood, order the captains platter since it has oysters or get the Herring fish instead. Both are high in Essential fatty acids. Eat a can of sardines once in awhile too.
Best of luck!

Last week I sent a coworker and his father to my Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor...he has a few health issues and one was his blood pressure being sooooo high it doesn't even register on his own cuff anymore. Docs keep putting him on drugs to no avail. The TCM Doc...told him to juice this and drink it each morning...

8 oz of drinking water

¼ of whole celery – we take this to mean of the entire celery so like 4 stalks

½ of a beet (fresh or canned)

½ of a kiwi

Repeat every morning for 60 days.

Blend or juice it up and drink immediately.

I am not kidding when I say we are all shocked and pleased that EACH day his BP is lowering... He was usually 190 over 80 and today is 150 over 70.

Pretty cool....

GOOD LUCK!!! :)

I know you want a natural herb besides prescribed meds,
BUT a big BUT

My blood pressure was always around 180/99. I went to my Doctor, he prescribed
Nadolol 40mg. AKA Corgard. Cost is only around $11.00 a month. it had an immediate effect.
now my Blood pressure is consistently around 115/58.
No side effect either. It is a drug that has been around for more than 50 years so it is very safe. This doctor,. said "they should just put this drug in the water supply because it is so safe and very effective. everyone would benefit from it because it really reduces Blood Pressure and really helps to save lives .try it you'll like it. good luck

Most herbs including panax gingsen wont work, but they are just functional like disuric or mild blood thinner. Very few herbs can restore BP to optimal level, but it takes a lot of time to extract and so are more expensive than beta blocker pills which can reduce BP and eliminate harmful chemicals produced by the body. Sassafras can use for treatment, but it maybe also cause liver cancer.

Medicines are big business, the more we know herbs the more difficulty to own land to grow them.

My brother takes Garlic pills for his high blood pressure. I know of people that drink a little bit of Vinger every day. A change of your diet would also help. Oh and less STRESS!!
