It is a great supplement if you do not eat your regular portion of veggies per day. If you have a problem with sodium, you should get the low sodium V-8. If you want to be extremely healthy, you should buy yourself a juicer and make your own vegetable juice. Home made vegetable juice will not have the preservatives and sodium like the bottled V-8.

It's great stuff, unless you are on a low-carb diet. It's a great source of vitamins and fiber, but you'd still be better off eating the veggies raw.

it is good if you like the flaver.basically it is a dead juice, all the enzymes and nutrients have been destroyed in the process.

doctors say its good, it has all the vitamins u need and its almost like a meal! if u wanna lose weight or wanna b healthier in ur eating habbits its perrfect!

Beware, it's incredibly high in sodium.
