Alternative Medicine - August 2006

For aroma,mine is patchouli, the scent is so beautiful.I used to wear it all the time.
For aromatherapy, I love a combination of lavendar,and peppermint the scent is relaxing and peaceful. It helps get rid of headaches and helps me fall asleep.

Like the lactobacilli and others that are supposed to add healthy bactertia to your stomach and intestines. Can you take too many? I have been taking 4/day for the last 2 weeks of lactobacilli (stored in my fridge) to help counter the effects of antibiotics and last night got horribly sick and today just feel rotten. Could it be I have too many bacteria??? I should know this as a biology student, but I don't know if its possible!

I have chronic headaches and neck pain and I'm going to start seeing a chiropractor. I was wondering about the experience of others with chiro care. Did it work for you and were you happy with the results? Did you get "better" or are you dependant on your adjustments to function? I guess I'm a sceptic and I want to hear real people's experiences.
