zicam is the brand name its a zinc and echineacea product you can find at any store....lots of different applications to choose from and they have remedies for colds, flu, allergies, stuffy nose...anything...it really works.. i used to have bad sinus problems and used all the prescription stuff and they never seemed to work and the side effects were awful...i use zicam every couple of weeks and during flu and cold season once or twice a week...now i have no problems...good luck

salt water (saline) it works good. i use a saline nasal spray on my baby and then the booger sucker and it clears right up. it is just salt water, then blow real good. hope u feel better.

natural things to use are . vicks salve it opens the nasel passage as well salt water . my opion? all natural.?
