and a lot more. I like how a good rpg can suck you in like a good book. Only Difference is you are playing through a good book instead of just reading it. What are some of your favorite rpgs?

I pre-ordered Halo 3 at EBgames in May or June. On the 25th at midnight the store will open and start selling the Halo 3 copies. If I preordered the game will I still have to wait in line? Some say no, but some say that they get a limited ammount in the first shipment and whoever is one of the first few (even preorders) will buy out that shipment and whoever was late would have to wait for another shipment. Some say that the store orders enough copies to fill preorders and has an extra 50 or so for sales. I'm confused and I need help. What do you think?

First of all, I'm looking for a good online game to play and ,judging ny the reviews on Gamespot, I finally decided on Knights of the Old Republic 1.

My question is:

This game is online right? I couldn't find any info on that little detail. How is the online by the way?

there was a game or armor games where there is like a tournament and 1 hero. 4 players battle it out sometimes just 1 on 1 and i loved that game. I dont know its name t hough! it was called like armor fighting tournament or something. it had a large arena and you could buy characters and unlock modes if you get coins from winning. tell me the name and if it is right, 10 points!

The problems first started when I was playing a game and the screen would just go crazy and give me an error message. I would turn it off and go to something else. Then when I returned to play, I turned it on and it would start the process of booting up but the screen would scroll (move upwards and then start at the bottom again). Then it would go to a blank white screen. I have to unplug it to turn it off because ctrl/alt/delete didn't even work. When I turned it back on I tried to start it in safe mode. I could tell that the black with white letters was on the screen but the screen was going crazy (moving all over the place to fast you couldn't read anything.) I got it into safe mode but all a saw was a bunch of different locations (for lack of a better work) that all said /driver/blahblahblah at the end. What is going on with my machine. It is broken for good or is it fixable?

my ps3 says that i need to update my ps3 to 1.93 and now when i update it, it says error connection to the server is unavailable and when i try to connect, it says update needed. and playstation website doesnt have the new update now to download. im dying to play online!! what should i do-(wireless connection) the computers are working fine with the internet, they are also wireless

I love the wild west,and I love pirates.Yet there is such a small amount of games based on these subjects,its depressing.I have played 4 good western games and 1 good pirate game. Red Dead Revolver,Gun,Call of Juarez,and Oddworld Stranger's Wrath( Not quite traditional western,but there isn't a protagonist that would make Clint Eastwood more proud).The only good pirate game I have played is Skies of Arcadia.Again not quite traditional,but captures the spirit of piracy well(SPACE PIRATES DO NOT COUNT).Anyone else appreciate these rare gems in gaming?

I played the game with my neighbouring friends and my classmates when I was 12, and I believe I was very good. But this didn't always make me FEEL very good. I couldn't ever find anybody who could beat me, so I was bored.

It has been many years now since my Nintendo64 broke, so I haven't played Smash Brothers for a long time. However, I still feel the dissatisfaction from my what seemed an excessive skill that meant nothing to me without an equal opponent.

I wonder if anyone has had a similar experience as me and have felt this way? Not just with Smash Brothers, but with any other game.
