Hi dude. Good luck in finding this game, I was about 15 when it came out and I can honestly say it changed my life (sad, but true).
Anyway, I found this link, which has some potential download site links for you to try.
Otherwise, try car boot sales. They're great for finding older but classic games like this. If you've got no funds, get a paper-round and save up the money or just nag your mum!! It'll work in the end.

Download "ePSXe" the PlayStation Emulator, and along with the proper drivers (see my Forum post below) and then download the ROMS from Demonoid, I'm currently helping seed. I suggest getting a PS controller / USB adapter to make it feel right. Avoid the PC version, halfwits here will tell you that just to get points for answering questions but this is the best way to play Final Fantasy games on the Computer. Google search results will just bring you to where I'm pointing you, so don't bother with that, try using Youtube if you have to for some tutorials on how to install PSX emulators, if you can tolerate their accents.

I doubt you will be able to find a torrent of Final Fantasy 7 anymore, its been out a long time.
You might be able to request it if you talk to the right people though.
Purchasing it from a store might be a good idea, it is probably $17 or less by now. It won't be in many stores though, call before you go.

You will get it from demonoid but you will need an invite code to join as they rarley open registrations or try the pirate bay
