I agree with the person above. The top two people are pulling your leg. (And being jerks while doing it.)
According to Amazon.com, Spore will not be released untill March 3, 2008.
Both PC Gamer and Game Informer have been giving VERY intrested reports on the game, saying it could be a wonderful work. However, both also fear there may be issues with the user created content and censorship. Since users can make almost anything, they fear it is only a matter of time before someone makes something offensive.

Its a brilliant game. Even Robin Williams played it. That video was funny. If you haven't seen that video then type spore robin William's in the search bar on youtube. Its hilarious. You can take control of a pond to a whole galaxy and all the stuff in between. Don't listen to people that say its crap.

no its terrible get a better game.i played it my cousin and me tooked it back to the store the same day.
