how do i get into the west wing in granizig grov??
please help me

The first guy gave a good answer, but I think that my way is a little easier. You have to get Rakiovs clothing first. This is what I did:
When you first walk through the door to the area where Rakiov and other guards are look to the left and you will see a staircase at the far end of the wall. Go up the staircase and keep going all the way through the room until you get to the lockers and wait for Raikov to walk through this room.
When Raikov walks through the room, sneak up behind him and use the Cig Spray or Hankerchief to put him to sleep. Then drag his body into a locker and then you will see a cutscene and then you will have on Raikov's clothing.
The door that leads to the West Wing is in the room where you should be now ( on the second floor in the locker room where I said to take out Raikov).
Also, don't forget to put on the mask used for disguise before you proceed through the West Wing door because there are some guards that check you and if you dont have on the mask then you're busted and they will start shooting at you.

hey
clocked that game many times!
all u have to do is go to the east wing, then steal raikovs clothes.
you find him in the toilets in the east wing. then knock him out and grab him to the changing rooms on the 1st floor. make sure no one sees u!
then u basically walk down then cross through the ashagohod to the west wing.

U HAVE TO KNOCK OUT OR KILL MAJOR RAIKAV AND without anyone seeing and then drag him to the locker room upstairs where u can steal his cloths!

like that guy said go in the tiolets and nock raikoif out thensteal his uniform then contact back up and they will tell you where to go
