I'm looking to download a ROM thingy for Rave Racer onto my Vista laptop, as well as the Vivanonno emulator which "simulates" Namco System 22, so I can play it.

How alike is the downloadable ROM to the real thing? Can I use my Logitech Gran Turismo steering wheel with it?
