I know the simpiliest solution would be to buy a new hat. However, not only does the current hat have sentimental value (although it's just a junky trucker hat), but it took me a good 20 minutes to find a picture of the hat online, and the site wasn't even in English! Very little of the hat is destroyed, only the front right of the bill, probably about a half of an inch in is missing. Is there any way I can repair the hat with a needle and thread and cheap materials from the arts and crafts store? My boyfriend and I are tight on cash and agreed on a strict 20 dollar budget for Christmas. I feel that repairing the hat and giving it back to him would be a great gift. My boyfriend is the type of guy who would definitely appreciate the effort, and I feel as if it's the thought that counts. I don't care if it doesn't look like new, I just want the missing chunk of the hat to not be noticeable, so my boyfriend can wear it again. The hat is very special to him. I'm not an expert on materials,

Last year, my fiance made me a double fleece blanket. It is wonderful, and it generally keeps me very warm (I get very cold in the winter). However, it occurred so me that a double fleece blanket would be better with an extra fleece layer. I searched the Internet far and wide, and could not find any plans or ideas on how to create a triple fleece blanket (such a blanket is certainly not available for retail purchase). Does anyone have any ideas on how I could make one?

this penny has no mint mark, no "common" irregularities. minor scratches on lincoln memorial side, inscription of VDB on lincolns lower left arm. the unusal part is that it has no copper coating. it appears to be all zinc, with appearances similar to 1943 steel penny. non-magnetic like common penny.

We have 100 cards. I really don't want to be taking the back off of a bunch of little squares or dots. Is there a 2 sided tape or some kind of rolling mechanism that will REALLY stick?

Thanks.

Well, I have this 2007 gold one-dollar coin, and it's a misprint. I got it earlier this year, and I was wondering what the value of it is right now. I don't intend on selling it, but I just want to know it's worth. More information on the coin is listed on the below webpage.

I am looking to make sensory bottles for the children at my job.. (i work at a child development center).. And I am trying to figure out some creative things to put in the bottles..
......Sensory bottles are basically old water bottles that get filled up with different materials and then the top gets glued on..The children can shake the bottles and roll them around to see what happens...Some basic Ideas that I have are oil & colored water..(so they can see the color mix when its shaken) beads, so they can hear what kind of sound they make when you move it around...and glitter and water....Can anyone think of some really fun things to put in the bottles?? thanks in advance for any input. :)

A single, regular knot? A double knot? Or some other type?
How does it stay if it's single? Just make it really tight??

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

also, a site where i won't get my identity or my credit card information stolen. Please make sure it is tested for that. Actually, it might be easier if I were told of a store, or type of store that carries them. Please help me. I tried ebay, but all they have is those pull string dummys. I want one with movable eyes, and one i can stick my hand into the back of to use for more capabilities. Thank you.
