I want one with movable eyes, and one i can stick my hand into the back of to use for more capabilities. Thank you.

EBay is probably your best bet for an inexpensive one. I got mine for about $350 there. It has left/right eye movement and raising eyebrows.
Also try http://www.throwthings.com They use pull string ones, but have an upgrade kit as well. That's the cheapest you'll find, even for a used one.
Ventriloquist Central has a Dan Payes figure listed right now for $450 with moving eyes.

Just type "ventriloquist dummy" without the quotes into your favorite search engine. Check out any local "magic" and "joke" retail stores; some costume shops may have them. Keep in mind, though, that most professionals have their dummies custom-made at great expense. You should start small (e.g., sock puppets . . . seriously!), then work your way up to standard dummies, then have a custom one made or do it yourself.
Of course, if all else fails, use your younger sibling as a dummy! ;)
