How small? Styrofoam sheets and drinking straws could be used if you're making a really little one. For something bigger, you could paper towel rolls for the columns and wood or foam boards. For the figure of President Lincoln, you may have to get a bit creative. Then spraypaint the whole thing white, of course, once you're done.

Are you making a scale model of it? You can get pictures from some websites, I'm sure, but one way is to use sugar cubes, but this will take a lot of time (and it's Tuesday now!) Or you can try making foam board walls. Again, this may take time. Good luck!

you can use painted popsicle sticks for the building, and use a doll with a beard for lincoln, you can go to your local craft store to, they will have small wooden pieces that can help you too, the hardest part is gonna be making the lincoln model other than a doll i have no idea what you can use for that sorry and good luck

Steven D had a good idea for materials, but instead of white glue I would use a glue gun, make sure it's a low heat type it's safer. It has a much quicker dry time and will hold better.

Grandpa San not happy, you knew about this how long now? Use Styrofoam insulation board and white glue. Cut board with bread knife, sand round columns and paint with grey latex paint.
