My 7 yr old nephew is going to a fancy dress party as Jack Sparrow. I have the red scarf with beads to tie around his head, and black make-up for the goatee, but does anyone have any other suggestions?

I'm looking for a free 3 dimensional card cutout pattern that will look kind of like the swing cards on santorographics.com or at least do the same thing. And if it could have an easter theme that would be great.

I asked this before, but please read before answering.

1. Must not be expensive-- I have 30 students, so I can not spend more than 10-50 cents per student.

We are limited on supplies. We do have a lot of glue, yarn, construction paper, colored pencils, etc. but nothing too outstanding.

It can not be hard. 1/4 of the class is learning disabled. They get one on one help, but this needs to be a project the whole class can do.

It has to be done in TWO HOURS.

Thanks for your help. if you need more info, say so.

these children are about 11-14 years old.

I am thinking of starting a journal with photos of completed work, and maybe notes on yarn and changes in patterns. Do other people do this?

I am new to collecting coins, I came into a 1921 Peace Dollar (which I know are rare) one person said it was not worth anything because it looked like it has been polished or cleaned up, another disagrees. To me it looks like a proof. I have proof from 1956 till now so I know what they look like. Now how can you tell if it really has been cleaned or polished whatever they call it. Those peopel that agreed and disagreed were coin dealers. So they confused me.

Ok. so in history we have to make a model wagon, but it has to work (wheels) and it has to be sturdy, also it has to be made to be 'authentice' no metal or plastic stuff like that, does any body know a site with instructions or just knows how to do it.

I love sending postcard to friends and family occasionally but unless you go to tourist traps, attractions, and other large places like that they are very hard to come by. Just trying to find postcard I can buy in small/large bulk to have for any use. Local shops in my area do not carry them or carry very few and I've probably already sent everyone those twice now!!!

why does everyone on this site always say "your gunna blow your hand off" or something to people that ask how to make a firecracker. I have started pyrotechs for almost a year now, i have yet to see something go wrong. As long as your careful with it...just give the people a guide if you know it! i have made my own guides on rotteneggs.com, Everyone likes them too. There is a rare chance something goes wrong with making firecracker unless your using flash or pressure sensitive stuff.

someone tell me why all the smart asses on this site say that stuff?
