Don't put any materials next to a baby's skin that are rough and will possibly chaff, such as paper towels. A baby's skin is much more sensitive than an adults. Special cloth diapers are available. Do not use a rough towel, etc...

wow! sounds like you are in trouble! you can take a hand towel, the less bulky the better, fold it length wise into three, and then put it between the legs, and pin the sides. No pins, use duct tape.
if you are using paper towels, you can try stacking three or four, fold into three, and tape. with a paper bag, i have seen a suggestion that you use that as a swaddle, put the towels around he baby, then pop the baby in the bag, fold the heck out of it, and hope for the best.
there is always the old fashioned triangle, using a towel or a napkin, fold into a triangle, the wide ends of the triangle to the back, the point through the legs, and use a pin, or tape to hold, even tying it might work. good luck!
ps yes i have been in your place, used a dish towel, and it worked ok

Why do you get a new avatar every night and try to pollute every web site with your nonsense? My suggestion is for you to spray the lower part of your torso with spray glue and tack on depends,
