It is grandpa's 60th birhtday. We have 6 young children in the family. We plan on printing the kids hands and feet on a piece of oak paper. We need some cute sayings that we can put on it. Any ideas?

I signed up for a beginners sewing class, bought a sewing machine, bought a sewing machine table, even a kit. I just found out that the class was canceled?? I don't want to return everything. So I'd like to wait 'till next semester or maybe the intermediate class in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, I want to learn the basics on my own. Somebody HELP!

i took some measurements, cuz i'd like to sew something and i normally wear a size 18 in womens....when i was looking at patterns going by measurements it says i'm a size 24....also when i looked up a size chart for a clothing store it also said my measurements make me a 24....
how come i wear a 18 (in numerous brands/styles...i'm not just going by one maker) but all the "charts" say i'm a 24??? and which size do i go by when i choose the pattern???
i'm confused!!

My favorite craft store is closing down, and I have bought lots and lots of beautiful pages, enough to scrapbook for a very long time. My question is, how to store them so I can readily see them but they keep protected. I tried putting them in a spare album but I have too many for that. Hoping someone has a great suggestion.

im starting with my first book and its about me and my bestfriend. i saw lot of good layout ideas in the internet. i have my materials ready but i dont know how to start. i tried making the outline first of what i want to put in my book (e.g. the birth of our friendship, our adventures, etc.). but what confuses me is the theme i will use. do i have to use one theme per book or every page can be different? or can i follow my outline and use one theme per part? can you give me good sites that i can visit? thanks in advance

My guitar strings rust very easily, even though I wipe them off after playing. I'm using D'Addario strings. My friend uses them too, but his doesn't rust as easily.

My sister wants to get a long roll of paper - similar looking to wrapping paper - that can be drawn on either side.
