I would like to make a horse hair bracelet fo a present. I do very nice work but I have never used horse hair. Won't any metal beads or closures cut the hair? What about glue, to keep the ends in the clasps?

I'm looking to buy my other half some silk boxers for Christmas (as he's been rambling on forever) and I don't know where I can buy him some from. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm in the North of England. I know I can probably buy them online somewhere, but I'm old fashioned and would prefer to get them from a shop.

to keep myself from wondering off too far im trying to focus my collection on silver dollars, i.e., morgan dollars. peace dollars, silver eagle dollars. I prefer to collect certified dollars because they are easier to store for me. which is more of a better investment to focus on?

For instance - I just love heart shaped stones, BUT they must occur naturally, no hand shaping allowed!

Why? Heck if I know why - we hike a lot and I just find them!

I have literally hundreds of them...driving my husband nuts!

Wife and I found a 1944 penny with a large number five engraved across the front. We were wondering if this was just something stupid someone did at some point or if this was a collectible in any way? Any help would be appreciated.

We all eat those mints called altoids. Empty tins (if you don't know they are 3x2x1 inch nicely made tins) are everywhere. How can I do a crafty thing with them, to be a good re-cycler? Maybe make Christmas pressies?

No need to say put nails, drawing pins/thumb tacks (see? I am bilingual) in them. We do that already!!
