Does anybody know any games that can be made by using paper and stationary such as pen golf???

OXO, boxes and hangman are the most common. There us also Last Word, a game where you take turns to write words which must interlink. e.g If I write HANGMAN across you could use the A to write leopard down. It starts off easy but it gets harder as you use up the available space. The winner is the one who writes the last word

Hang man, you choose a word put it in dot form, the other player has to guess the letters to make up the word, every time they get a letter wrong you put in a line for a gibbet, untill you have a figure handing from it.
noughts and crosses, one player has an O the other a X you draw a cross with double line so that you can fill it in. You take turns at putting in your letter, the idea is to have three O or x accross or diagonally.
Make a square of dots. say 20 x 20 dots, take it in turn to join two dots to-gether. The idea is to complete a square, you then put your initail in the square. When complted the one with the most initails wins. Hope this helps.

Blow football...with straws and paper ball or ping pong ball. can make the straws and goals from paper. hangman and boxes cand be played using pen and paper and also battleships.
