Why is it that people will only lend me money for gambling? They know that i have a bad addiction so why do they do it? But they will never lend me money for the things i need like food or bus fare only for gambling. I don't get it.

Can someone tell me if it is a legitimate lotto do people really win and if so will someone please help me and show me how to go about claiming my winnings. I am pretty much computer illiterate. I don't know how to go about doing what they are asking me for or what I need to do to claim the winning lotto prize if it really exists.Every lotto results I have checked I have never hit more than 3out of 6 of numbers.Is that enough to win something if so I have quite a few that I have gotten 3 out of 6. how do I know or find out how to submit them, and can I submit them all together with the TSN they are asking for.They keep asking for my credit card info but I already sent my payment for this month but it won't let me go any further.I need help . Or am I just being foolish thinking I could take this realisticly.Any help or advice on this would be very appreciated

In Chinese casinos (Macau), Baccarat makes over half of the profits of a casino. In USA, there are also many Chinese people at the Baccarat table, most of the high rollers on Baccarat tables are Chinese and in undergrounds Casinos all over China/Hong Kong, they also play a lot of Baccarat games. I was just wondering why that game was so popular among them. It's also seen as glamorous to play it, and I would also like to know why, is it because it shows other people that you have enough money to gamble huge ammounts on every hand?

In no limit, its quite important to have the guts to risk chips on marginals situation. I dont talk about fishes who raise all-in with crap only because they dont know how to play. I mean players who can play back at others because they have the balls to put an opponent on a hand. Best exemples are players like TJ Cloutier or Phil Hellmuth.
Personally, i have more like "wood balls". I have some guts but I wouldnt risk too much on marginal hands, prefering to wait for premium hands.

I tried to play higher limit, 5/10 $ ring games. I realized that I didnt have the guts to play back at others, in fear to be played back again.

So my question is : How hard are your balls in marginal situations ??

I'm talking about no limits, low to mid buy-ins,
SHORT-HANDED

I would like to have your opinions about how to play against loose aggressive players. You know the type of player i'm talking about : large stack, constantly steal the blinds, raise large ammount of chips, ect.

I dont know if its a bad timing but often when I try to play back at them, they wake up with a monster and bust me.
I know the best is to wait for a premium hands and to get him, but when the hands dont come, he still steals all the chips with his aggression.

I just spent an extremely pleasant afternoon leaning on the rails down at the racecourse and happily came away £15.88p up.

This was infinitely preferable to drudging away at work. The only question is... what to do with the wedge? I cannot bear to have it in my pocket past midnight tonight.

I'm pretty good at poker, but I have trouble reading people. What are some of the signs that tell if a person is bluffing or not. I know a few such as sweating, hand gestures, face gestures, but I cannot tell whether these signs mean that they are bluffing, have something alright, something good, or something unbeatable. What are the signs and what category do they usually fall under.
