Without any context, it is difficult to know what your question means.
However, if you mean what numbers are bet most often in the big lotto games, I have heard (but certainly not confirmed) that the most common combination of numbers is all the multiples of 7, i.e. 7, 14, 21, etc. The story I heard was that there were over 10,000 tickets sold with that combination every drawing. That would mean if you did happen to win the jackpot with those numbers, it would be split over 10,000 ways.
I have also heard that a high percentage of people use birth dates for their picks. Since the number of months per year and the number of days per month both stop before you get to 32, that would mean numbers 32 and higher are bet less often. Once again I cannot confirm what I was told. However, if I were to pick numbers to play in the lotto, I would probably make sure the numbers I chose did not follow an obvious pattern and included multiple numbers over 31. That would not increase my odds of winning, but if what I was told is correct it would decrease the odds of splitting the prize if I did win.
