Very funny.
Somebody said, "Numerically speaking, if a person didn't play (lottery) his chances of winning are almost identical to if he did".
But we only play to benefit the schools...Right.

NO as it is a completely random event. Even good psychics refuse to go near that one as they say it is too random. Buy 1 ticket to me is same as buying 20....Very hard to win.
