I am the owner of a Yahoo group and we are looking for ways to recycle or reuse old CDs or DVDs instead of placing them in the landfill. If you have a good site for a project please send that also.
Example: Making a Clock out of one, Chistmas ornaments, ect.
Any ideas out there?
Thanks in advance for the help.

I am trying to remembe an old NES game. I remember it was a "beat 'em game." It was also a two player game. One guy had a white shirt and player two had a pink shirt. It was possible to use pick up a lot of stuff in your environment like steel bars, trash cans, rocks and other stuff. Also when you beat up your enemies, they would die and turn into money and it could late be used to buy food or take a shower. Please help, i can't remember the title and it's driving me crazy.

Here is how I see it. Xbox is superior in all aspects, and is cheaper, so then I should buy it, right...? Well that seems simple enough but theres a big issue. The "Red Circle of Death”. I've read a lot of reviews, and comparisons and for the ps3, people are satisfied, and rarely does the ps3 break down. But with the xbox360 it seems half the reviews are ones complaining of this problem. I read somewhere that 9/100 have this problem but it seems like 50/100. So what should I do??? It seems stupid to buy something that is so inferior (based on reviews, videos I've seen etc...) but how can I buy the 360 if Its gonna break down...

...If you have experience with either, or if you own either please give me your opinion. Feel free to disagree that the 360 is better, but it will be to avail as you wont get 10 points and I wont believe you :) Thank you in advance.

I sick of hearing people criticizes the Wii for reasons that mean nothing. Reasons such as:
“The Wii has inferior graphics” Take a look at the greatest games ever made Zelda OOT, FF3, Chrono Trigger, FF7. Most of them got there not because they had the best graphics, but because they were innovative (pay attention to that word, because it comes up a lot with the Wii) Also, better graphic are an product of the times, as time goes on technology will always produce a better image it just keeps chugging along. The problem is there is little thought given to where it’s going. It’s just one big race to nowhere. Better game play is a product of the human imagination, which works on it own accord. It amazes me that I can have a better time playing a 32 bit SNES game, than the some of the most technologically advanced game out there

“The Wii is for 10 yr olds” Well, the Beatles were enjoyed by 10 yr olds, but they can also be enjoyed by 80 yr olds. I remember there was a golden age of home video games about 1991-1996. The SNES was in every home. My grandma loved playing it, so did I. The genius was it gave two people, an 80yrold and a 10yrold, something in common. The Wii should be hailed, for bring together people. I hear about people starting Wii bowling clubs and I showed my aunt the game and she loved it. With the Wii, video games are returning to a legitimate activity. There aren’t many games out there that four people separated by a decade each, could play together and have a great time and don’t bring up Halo’s multiplayer, because that is a specific sort of game play where most of the participants are males 15-35, you have to like that hackney homoerotic genera of game play, to have a good time. The Wii is giving meaning back to videogames. Time will show that Nintendo has never lost there genius, it just sometimes went under appreciated.

I'm making some jewelry and using small, round beads made of jasper, quartz, agate, etc. Does anyone know how they drill such small holes? Are there actually drill bits that tiny, or do they use lasers or what?

I have 2 collector cards from 1976 called "A Great American" distributed by Rainbo bread company on which it tells of a particular American's exploits i.e. John Hancock and Patrick Henry. How can I find out what they're worth? I tried the web but it seems they don't exist!
