Do you mean actually "sewn" together, like by machine or by hand?
Or you do you mean attached or woven together with thin wire, etc., like "Beoples"? . . . or what??

Otherwise, define a bit more what you mean by beads (size, etc.) and how they're "sewn" and with what... and onto a base of fabric or something or freestanding?
