Potato salad and cottage cheese mixed together. Everyone I talk to says no and yuck so I was just wondering if anyone else likes it.

i know about no milk, no cheese, no butter, no ice cream. but what about stuff like cookies or cake? would the lactose in the milk cook off? is chocolate not allowed?

I successfully made the Tortilla pinwheels, thanks to answers here: now I am wondering how long they will stay fresh in the fridge?
I mixed cream cheese with salsa and chopped green onions, spread on Tortillas then put slices of ham or beef on.
Rolled them up and covered each one with saran wrap, ready to slice into "pinwheels" when I need them - but now I am wondering how long they stay fresh?

My place of business is going to have a luncheon for me because I would have been there 25 years in September.
I might have dollar roll sandwiches and maybe some fresh fruit and maybe some cupcakes for dessert.
Can anyone else give me some other suggestions as to what food I should have?
The times of the luncheon are 11:30-1:30 p.m. during a Saturday.
Do you think it would be a good idea to have a raw vegetable tray with dip also?
