About the only things I get every week are perishables like fresh fruit, fresh veggies (whatever's in season on each of those) plus bread, milk, eggs. I always get meat and fish, too. It depends on what's on sale for those, and what looks particularly good.

I buy non perishable things like flour, sugar, cereal and coffee in large sized packages so I only need to stock up on those once every month or so.

I always have on my list:
~fresh fruit and veggies such as bananas, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, onions, cucumbers, watermelon, etc.
~rice milk
~tortilla chips and salsa
~high-fibre cereal
