I don't know what's "right", but I like mine with melted cheese (not a cold slice), dill pickles, mustard, ketchup, and avocado. Maybe a very few thin slices of red onion.

well for one...cooked! after that i like it with a bun, pickles, ketchup OR mayo, and even sometimes banana peppers.
