There are so many brands out there as far as coffee packs like the ones that you get in your hotel room. Usually it is for a 4 cup maker.
Out of these brands, which one is best?
Arabican blend,
Maxwell House, (which is well known)
Kona blend.

I need healthy breakfast ideas..
Fruit just doesn't cut it.
Yogurt doesn't cut it.
I don't like vegetables. [sounds bad, but I really can't help it. I will only eat potatoes.]
I don't have a blender, &mom won't let me get one.
I want something low in calories, sodium, and cholesterol, &simple.

I always buy the packs because they have expiration dates. I'm really picky about this kind of stuff, so usually about after a week or so I throw it away if it's from the deli. The packs are good for at least a month or two. How long is the meat from the deli good for?

Or do you like your food synthesised and the poisons taken out. Tobacco is an organic smoke. Death Cap mushroom is organic. Perhaps, some of these poisons improve the taste and are OK in small doses?
