That truly is an unrealistic goal for anyone. 1200 to 1500 is the better amount. You need some calories even if it is in one of the diet management drinks such as slim fast or something similar. Your body needs food. Practice portion control for better managment...not starvation.
Some lower calorie meals can be Bubble Bee's grilled chicken in the packe with some steamed veggies. Total calories is about 200 and is great for your body.
A second choice is a veggie plate alone bringing in about 150 calories but still a great filler upper for your body.

I suggest going vegetarian. Eat a breakfast cereal that's natural and has a high protein count. Add real fruit. And salad for lunch with maybe a little lemon juice for dressing. You'll also need to find a protein source there, too. Maybe chickpeas. The protein will keep you from getting too hungry.
I saw the update to 300 calories and that's better, but you could still eat more. The average active woman really needs to take in almost 1600 calories a day. Even going on a diet you shouldn't go below 1200 calories. So unless you're saving calories for a big dinner, give yourself a break.

eat lots of vegetables like celery and cucumber. Eat a salad for lunch with little if any dressing. It really depends on your likes and dislikes. Go to caloriecounter.com and it will give you the calories for many foods. Start entering some of your favorites and you will get an idea of what each food contains. Good luck!
Also, even 300 calories for breakfast and lunch isn't enough. You should be getting at the very least 1200 calories per day. Unless you are eating 900 calories for dinner, you are basically going to cause your body's metabolism to slow if not completely halt.

Sounds about good. Depending on what you're caloric intake is for the whole day. I personally like to eat light breakfasts and eat more for lunch and dinner (slow morning person). Some say that you should eat a moderate to large breakfast to get a jumpstart for the day. It's all up to you. A general guideline is fruits, some dairy, and maybe some whole wheat carbs. Milk, yogurt, toast+peanut butter, oatmeal, etc. I'm not a health expert, but just stay away from trans-fat, saturated fat, and high sources of processed sugar.

gosh their are so many brands and companies marketing stuff that is 100 calorie packs etc.
south beach has some really good meal replacement bars for 150 calories and i usually eat one of those in the morning cuz im not much of a breakfast person. they have oatmeal in 100 cal packs....you really have to look and see the serving size and how you prepare it and there is a lot to eat egg beaters....most fruit is extremely low calorie so you can have some eggs and fruit most likely....for lunch try a salad..watch what you put on, you could even do a wrap (whole wheat) lots of veggies and some lunch meat, there is alot you could do...you just really have to look at the orginal calorie content and if you bake something in butter well you have to add that etc.
i think 2 slices of candian ham and 2 egg beaters are 150 calories.....i like veggie wraps alot then you can do some celery and peanut butter...
hope that helps

You are way too low in the calorie department. You will get sick if you do this for any length of time. Better off to stick with 1800 calories a day, low in fat, and exercise. 1800 a day is not alot especially if you are still younger. ( under 30) You need lots of iron if your'e a female.
You can permanently damage you sense of smell not to mention get very ill doing this. I wouldn't overdue the exercise either to make up for eating 1800. You'll lose weight if you are active but I strongly suggest seeing a Doctor first and he will tell you that you have other issues if you are going that low in calories.

That's very low, 150 calories per meal! The only way I can think of doing that is just fruit and veggies, but it seems a little unhealthy to me.

Star,
Calories = energy. If there is little caloric intake there will be little output (energy). You've got to get more than 300 calories on a daily basis if you are going to efficient at work (and play). What fun will it be to be thin and attractive but unable to get up on your feet to enjoy that appearance?
Day One:
B'fast: Snow rolls with icicle topping.
Lunch: Ice-cube soup and water cocktail.
Dinner: One sugar cube on a bed of a lettuce leaf.
Bon Appetit!

you need to eat more to start your metabolism in the morning or everything you eat be be converted by your body to fat to prevent you from starving.
Automatic famine resistance built into the human body.
Work with it not against it and you wil lose weight much faster. see a doctor for a good diet for you
if you want to look anorexic then just slice your wrists and you will look anorexic very soon at least for a while. or you could get yourself mummified and look anorexic for eternity
