Food-hard to find---My wife cant seem to find the "Knorr" brand of packaged white sauce?

We live in the Spokane,WA and Coeur D'Alene Idaho area. We are even willing to order a case online if they still make it. We have looked in every food store around here--any ideas?

Hey ..why not make it yourself...it's so easy...just butter and flour and milk...and your spices to make it special....
take equal amounts of butter and place in deep boiling pan...add same amount of all purpose flour.....example: 3 tablespoon butter and 3 tablespoons flour....mix together over low heat until it forms a paste...then add 1 and 1/2 cup whole milk stir until it thickens over med. low heat....add a pinch of salt and pinch of white pepper..chopped ..fresh parsley or other herbs depending on what you are using it for... if desired...there are so many variations...if you give it a try...you will see it's so tasty and fresh and not filled with chemicals....
I hope you will give it a try....White sauce is so good over plain boiled potatoes...or you can grate cheese into it....I'm getting hungry.....best of luck on your Knorr quest or making your own!

I suggest you buy another Knorr mix and get their phone number or email address from that package if you are serious about ordering it by the case, which sounds like a good solution for you. You should pay wholesale price, too, and save money.

Yes, that is illegal. Go to the Labor Board in your local area and report it. In all actuality, you are only required to work 8 hrs. a day and no more that 40 hrs. a week. Anything over that is suppose to be overtime. You are being taken advantage of by your boss, and the sooner you take care of this matter, the better off you will be.
