Kellogg Co. avoided a lawsuit by agreeing to cut calories, sodium, fats, and sugars from their cereals and stop targeting their advertising at children.

Does the blame lie with Kellogg and other breakfast and junk food manufacturers? Did Kellogg Co. take the right steps, or should they have gone to trial?

I want to make cakes and other food to sell I have the cooking skills and i just did my hygeine certificates etc, what ideas have you got for where to cook as health and safety wont allow you to do it in a domestic kitchen as i understand it - thanks

Do you think that the new regulations on advertising for things have taken it too far? I mean- if a kid wants fruit loops theyre going to have to ask their parents, who could easily veto it. at least theyre not advertising alchohal.
im curious to what you think..
