Scrambled...fluffy and a bit undercooked.
Fried...sunny side up
Poached...with a soft yolk
Hard Boiled...and devilish ;)
I also like egg drop soup, fried rice (with scrambled eggs in them), custards, quiche...I basically like anything with eggs in it!

scrambled with tomato , basil , onion , and mushroom on the side. i sometime use leftover sauce from the previous day's arriabiata dish (tomato passata). double yum!!!
