I know that in many foods, for e.g. potato chips, they have already replaced trans fat with stuff like sunflower oil for instance. I am seeing more expensive potato chips on the shelves made from sunflower oil.
However, which foods still contain trans fat? Or rather, in which foods has trans fat NOT been replaced?
Also, I read that some chocolates contain trans fat - how true is that? To my knowledge chocolates are au naturel, which means that there should be no artificial fat (i.e. trans fat) in them.
