Hot dogs definitely yes. They come from the manufacturer frozen. (I work in concessions.) They can even be refrozen after they've thawed, a couple of times, before the texture changes.

Quiche can be frozen, but it does change the consistency.

Yes, you can freeze the hot dogs in the package they came in. The quiche should be wrapped tight to prevent freezer burn. The crust may be a bit soggy when it's defrosted.

Yes to the hot dogs. Maybe to the quiche. You can freeze the quiche but I am not sure you can thaw it unless you immediately cook it in the oven; it may be soggy.

no hot dogs and quiches are notorious for exploding under low temp. that's why you will never see them on the slopes.

yes i doubt very much there would be a reference inside your freezer door but just dont freeze them for too long
