I am lactose intolerant as well!

I find that a really good filling breakfast that provides me with nescessary calcium (and lots of protein, because I'm a vegan) is oatmeal, made with soymilk.
I use vanilla soymilk and instant oatmeal, and I usually mix a handful of blueberries in as well.

It's a great breakfast, and it only takes about 4 minutes to make! It keeps me energized all morning.

Good luck!

this is to do with metallica beind doomed. didnt cliff burton die in 1986 on a bus when it was the lead singer who should have died as it wazs him who offered burton his bed. i was making a point that good groups usually loose a member before the time and the band is then no longer the same, i think the ramones lost 3 members, its sad really as they can still be making good music, and as for the beatles they could have had a comeback tour and john lennon was good solo artist who can also be seen to be doomed look at buddy holley he died on a plane crash
