Definetly the white part of the egg has protein. The Yolk is the 6 grams of fat. I get egg whites from the grocery store and eat that....its better because you dont have to waste time seperating the yolk out.

Both have protein.The egg yolk has 50% the protein, while the egg white has 10%.

Boiled or not. The whole egg is protein. The egg white is about 100% protein (in water). The yolk has some other stuff as well like fat.
