I know that in many foods, for e.g. potato chips, they have already replaced trans fat with stuff like sunflower oil for instance. I am seeing more expensive potato chips on the shelves made from sunflower oil.

However, which foods still contain trans fat? Or rather, in which foods has trans fat NOT been replaced?

Also, I read that some chocolates contain trans fat - how true is that? To my knowledge chocolates are au naturel, which means that there should be no artificial fat (i.e. trans fat) in them.

Read labels, but you'll probably find that "off brands" or less expensive brands may still contain trans fats. Trans fats are just cheaper!

Store brands probably don't as many of them are made by the same manufacturer that makes the big name brands, those that have switched.

You will have to read the ingredient labels on foods to find out. I want to make two points, though.
#1 - The FDA cut a deal with food manufacturers to say that 2.2 grams of PHOs can be called Zero grams. So some labels are outright lying when they say Zero grams of trans fats.
#2 - In products where they replaced trans fats they substituted them with Genetically Engineered oils - corn and soy primarily. Fortunately, to my knowledge they have not genetically engineered sunflowers.

Some ice creams have PHOs in them, so sad.

I can't give you a difinitive list but most, though not all, processed foods still contain trans fat. Many margerines still contain it. Many frozen dinners, pies, etc.
The only way to know for sure is to look at the nutrition label.
