First thing in the morning have a full breakfast - cereal, toast, fruits, yogurt, egg on toast etc. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and if you start right it will carry you through the day. Bring a packed lunch for your lunch, things you really like eating. Drink lots of liquids.
Strangely enough craving for junk food is when the stomach is empty (the stomach knows quick satisfaction) or your meals have lacked the necessary proteins/starch. Anyway, first things first - a good healthy breakfast....

Try making healthy snacks in advance that you can easily grab such as precut apples and other fruits/veggies. I personally love veggies with hummus. I also make a point not to buy junk food when I'm in the grocery store. I'm only allowed to buy 1 junk food item per week and it can't be a biggie size, so I just don't have much of it around the house.

DO NOT WALK IN THERE.
This is working for me, my willpower isn't great, if i was to walk into McDonalds with al lthe signs, smells and so on i don't think i couldn't buy anything. So I don't set foot in there, it's been over 4 years now. KFC and Burger King took longer, but now only Subway is the one I go into.
Also, prepare for when you'll get hungry. Most of the time it's because you're in town and starving, with no way to get home and no alternatives. So pack food with you. Or find a shop that does decent food, a pub is a good one, not great but it isn't fast.

stop buying them and don't keep any in the house, when you start getting cravings thats when you know you got a problem.
my brother tried to quit junk food many times, he is still eating them today, but i quit junk food with no problem, so my advice is use will power, and fill up with real food, learn to cook and make yourself little treats
