It has no instructions on how long, just that it happens in minutes. I need to know cause the jerky is supposed to marinate for 6~8 hours, so I need to know what that is equal to. I looked on the foodsaver website but couldn't find anything help please.

For my science project i am seeing what color of drink people will prefer to drink more than others.

Assuming that all of the drinks are non-toxic and all taste good, would you drink:
A: yellow
B: orange
C: blue
D: purple
E: green
F: dark brown
G: red
H: clear

and for the reason you picked it was it because:

1) you like the color
2) you expected a good flavor
3) other

thank you for your help!

and yet finding truly fresh fish here is nigh on impossible. The supermarkter stuff looks stale to say the least. No wet fish shops here.

Any suggestions for getting fresh fish apart from catching it myself?

I used to just go to the supermarket and buy raw almonds in the bulk aisle when I lived in the US - they're a great snack. Here in the UK, they only are sold in the local Sainsbury's in small packets and they're EXPENSIVE for how much you get. Where can you get reasonably priced good quantities (like, say a pound) of natural almonds in the UK? I don't want mixed nuts.

I LOVE ice cream. folks who know me know I always have ice cream in my freezer some where. YUM!!!! When I lived in the midwest my favorite flavor was heavenly hash! I cannot find it up here in Alaska, so I eat this stuff called "moose tracks" Not as good but good none the less. I throw alot of stuff on it, chopped nuts, that chocolate syrup that hardens when cold, chocolate chips and so on. I even sometimes throw in some graham crackers that have a cinamin taste to it. Us Alaskans eat more ice cream per capita than any other state in the union bar none.

I try to be super-efficient when I cook without dirtying up too many dishes.

So, does anyone know a good way to scramble eggs and fry bacon with one pan?

If I cook the eggs first and try to fry the bacon afterwards, then the eggs will get cold plus the pan will have a layer of egg residue on the bottom.

If I fry the bacon first and try to cook the eggs later in the same pan, the eggs will have black stuff from the bacon in them and look unappealing.

What's the best solution??
