chicken rice soup, low salt. If obtainable, toss some chicken products in a Crockpot, cover with water, and cook dinner on extreme for 5-6 hours. %. some meat off the bones, toss in a boullion cube or 2, upload some cooked rice and consume with soda crackers or dry toast and sip peppermint tea. this might help rehydrate you, considering that in case you vomited a pair of cases, you would be a sprint dehydrated, and this makes you sense fairly susceptible. And the peppermint tea--no longer black tea with peppermint, however the actual organic tea, peppermint--is an previous human beings medical look after an disappointed tummy, and it relatively, relatively, relatively does artwork. you may upload a sprint lemon and a few honey to it. whilst this is obtainable to maintain some thing down, take some aspirin or Tylenol, considering that if in case you have a sprint fever besides, and that's yet another element which could make you sense susceptible. stay in mattress. Get lots of relax. And as quickly as you may conveniently drink water, try to tension fluids to totally rehydrate your self. you will sense extra desirable in 24 hours.

rice is usually gentle on the stomach. I cant advocate gator aid and sports drinks-they have artificial colors, dyes, etc, that are hard for the body to process when healthy, let alone sick. Lots of water, herb teas, and tiny amounts of sea salt in your water will help balance your electrolytes. Thats whats in most sports drinks. I wouldnt use table salt, as it too has lots of preservatives and anti caking agents. Apple juice diluted with water is good too. I hope you feel better soon

depends on what u mean by "sick"
if its a cold u need to stay hydrated, orange juice is best b/c the vitamin c is good for ur immune system.
if ur stomach cant hold anything down, DONT eat any dairy products like yogurt or milk
try some tea with honey, it'll help if u have a cough

It depends on if it is a stomach bug or a cold.
Do not drink citrus (orange juice) if you have a stomach bug. You need mild foods. No citrus, no fruit, no spicy foods.
Rice, plain toast, saltines, water, sports drinks (like powerade) or Pedialyte. You can get it in a drug store or grocery store and they have them in frozen pop form.
For a cold, anything really. Juice, fruit, soup broth, tea, water...

Drink lots of water, and fruit juice. Eat chicken soup, any variety you like. These are all easy on the digestion and will make you feel better. Get plenty of rest and don't over do it. Give yourself time to get better, if you try to do too much you will not recover as quickly. Hope you feel better soon.

My favorite, and what most have when they are sick is 7up and good old fashioned chicken soup. A can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup will make you feel better too. Lot's of rest and plenty of water. Get well soon. :)

Ginder Ale or Canada Dry is good when your sick. Also alot of soup or stew. You also might want to try mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes. Anything food that is hot and soft will be good. Good luck and get well soon!
