I have been hearing that those cyrstal light packets that you pour into your bottle of water are horrible for you....


I like to drink them with lunch and dinner, so im not tempeted to drink soda, or other juice.....


I also buy cheapr ones from walmart, but im going to guess they are the same thing

I never understood why some food has the calories and nutrition information for the food before prepared and after prepared....if its a food that needs to be cooked, why bother putting the information before its cooked?
