I eat at 7:00-7:30pm. Health-wise though, it's best to only have two full meals a day. A large breakfast at 10:00am, and a smaller dinner at 5:30 or 6:00pm.

It depends on when I get home from work, and cook dinner - generally not before 7:00 or 7:30 EST. In the summer it can be much later than that, because there's too much work to get done outside before the sun goes down to worry about eating/cooking.

I personally eat dinner anywhere from 2:30 to 10 P.M, because my schedule varies so much from day to day. But whether it's a 'good time' or not depends. Health-wise, you're not supposed to eat for I think 2 hours before you go to bed. It might be more. But sometimes, obviously, you get hungry afterwards.

Well, I work nights so I am the opposite of normal. I eat supper between 10pm-midnight. It's okay to eat after 7pm if you have a schedule like mine. Best rule of thumb. Eat when you're hungry.

Hello wave! Supper should be taken 4hrs before you go to bed.
It takes the stomach that long to dissolve the food. Eat anything after this time and you wont be sleeping right.
