2-3 24 oz mugs per day.
So if a 'normal' size is 6 oz. - according to my coffee pot manufacture - then I'm drinking 8 - 12 cups per day.

2 afternoon and 2 at night to help me sleep.
I'm hyperactive and is works in reverse on me.

2-3 and nothing after 4:00. I am strict with myself because I start to get headaches if I drink too much.

I have never had a cup of coffee in my life.... It just plain stinks,... tea too...YUK... I will stick to water.
