The aspartame in them are horrible from what i hear. It's the same thing they use to sweeten diet pops. It's good for a diet, but bad for your body. This is the website I found a couple weeks ago when I had the same question about diet pop...http://www.mercola.com/article/aspartame/dangers.htm

It's the ASPARTAME that is in question. It probably is not good for you. The Lipton individual packets are sweetened with Splenda and may be a much healthier choice.

fat free products are usually high in Sugar, which put over in fat in your body. so beware of fat free products. if you exercises you can rather eat Sugar which your body burns as energy. but diet soda has aspartame in which is a artificial sweetener, and recent studies have shown that sugar is better for you and has less side effects. aspartame can cause thyroid problems. you should go google it. and as for soda, any soda has enzymes in. which is ad for you, it burns the stomach and eat through your teeth's enamel. but it is better to drink them than regular sodas. but a fat free cappuccino with no sugar will be fine i think, and caffeine gives you energy and gives you a faster metabolism.

they're just like diet soda.. wont hurt you, IN MODERATION. If you have 5 or more a day, that would probably be pretty bad.

too much of anything is bad for you, what they are referring to is the sugar substitute in them, as long as you don't consume too many of them in a day, it should be ok.
