I got a cheeseburger pizza once. It was like eating an open face burger, and they even put fries on top as well. Delicious.

There are chicago style pizzarias that make spinoccali pizza, which has spinach and broccoli on it. I don't like broccoli myself, but i've heard from people that do that it is awesome.
I also had a cheeseburger pizza one time what was awesome. It was made with hamburger, onions, and cheddar cheese. Then after it was cooked they added cold lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Yummy!
I also really like ricotta cheese on pizza. I've also seen artichoke hearts, garlic, red pepper, mexican pizza with all the taco toppings plus tortilla bits, pear and gorgonzola cheese.
You might want to check out some menus of unique pizza places. California Pizza Kitchen is a chain that has interesting pizzas.

super thin crust (the kind that is like a cracker) add sausage, chedder cheese (in addition to the mozzarella), peppers and onions (if you like them) and green olives! Green olives give the pizza a unique kick. Capers work too!

Well, I'm a purist so to me, anything that's not Italian would be strange on a pizza! Like ham, pineapple, etc.

Sunflower Seeds- Pegasus Pizza in washington serves all their pizza's with sunflower seeds! Yummy

Pineapple is really good!!! I like it a lot, just with cheese. It's good with ham (a Hawaiian pizza).
