There are several fruits and vegeables. If you keep the peel on it adds to the fiber content:
grapefruit, prunes(very high in fiber) and blue berries, cabbage, apples, etc...

Oatmeal is one of the best ways to fiber, and I'm talking "OATmeal", not boxed "cream of wheat". Porridge has very little fiber content.

Buy whole-grain foods. This means no wonderbread. I can't personally see why people can shove that junk into their mouths....but people do, all the while thinking that "bread is bread". This isn't true. Buy whole grain bread, and whole grain spaghetti noodles. Whatever there is a "white" version of, go for the whole grain.

And don't forget the most important thing: all that fiber does no good if you aren't drinking WATER to movie it along! (Pop doesn't count as it actually dehydrates you.)

Whole grains are you best choice. They're the best source of INSOLUBLE FIBER Oatmeal, Whole grain cereals, and Whole grain bread

MIx in a little fruit too for tastier fiber (an apple a day.....)

Veggies have some fiber too, carrots probably taste the best.
And you can never go wrong with brocolli: The best veggie nutrient wise.

i'm on weight watchers and their whole thing is fiber fiber fiber!! so i eat a TON!!

all fruit and veggies
oatmeal
all bran cereals
flax seed cereal

but mostly i just read labels. and most foods (with exception of cheese and meats) have fiber. and brands that make a diet version of their original food, add fiber to them. examples are

sugar free frappucino vanilla latte bar has 9 grams!!!
skinny cow ice cream sandwiches have 2 or 3 grams
diet cookies and crackers
tortillas
pasta

also things like slim-fast and other diet foods. just read labels, and you'll find a bunch of things you like to eat that have lots and lots of fiber.

• Insoluble: most fruits and vegetables, including raspberries and broccoli; whole-wheat foods, such as bran, bread, bulgur, and pasta; and nuts and seeds; such as walnuts and sunflower seeds.
• Soluble: Good sources include oats and oat bran; legumes, such as chickpeas and pinto beans; and fruits, such as oranges and apples.
