I drained off the drippings from a roast to make gravy, but I set aside all the oil. Now I have a bowl full of beef fat that has hardened into lard. What can (or should) I do with it? Recipes? Crafts? Garbage?

Eating to me is boring, and a waste of time, like Y!A. Is there a food I can eat that willbe healthy and fulfill my hunger. I don't want it to be something from the GNC either that tastes like a*s. Also I know that water is the best option.

I ate sunflower spread that expired in November. Am I gonna be ok? will I live? will it give me a disease?
what will happen....
PS>There's still loads left but I don't intend to throw it away until it looks or smells bad...I think it's the supermarkets tricks to get us to buy new things with all this expiry dates. What did people do in the old ages when there was no expiry dates?

I know dark chocolate has a lot of antioxidants, but what exactly do they do?
How important are they?
Should I eat dark chocolate to get the antioxidants, or will I already get enough in other foods I eat?
Thanks.
