Mix a bag of egg noodles with 1 shredded chicken breast. Shred the chicken breast small like tuna. 1 small bag of peas. Mix in 2 table spoons of mayo. Lemon juice is optional. Broil some carrots on the side. My kids love it. It is very good.

You can boil some chicken breasts salt and pepper the water.
Then in a deep pot saute some onion, pepper, and garlic salt. After that is sauted, throw in a family size can of cream of chicken soup, and 1/2 can of milk. Mix all together. Cut up the chicken after you are done, throw that into the pot, and add some parm cheese. Boil any kind of noodles you want, mix sauce and noodles together. Throw into a oven friendly pan, top with more parm cheese, 350 degrees, bake 30 mins. This is a great hearty meal. It is really simple. You could even mix it and put it in a dish the night before, and throw into the oven when you get home.
If you do not like chicken, you could get a couple cans of chili, layer fritos and cheese into a dish( with chili) then throw into an oven and bake for 30 mins.
you could add some hamburger meat to mac and cheese.
Grilled cheese are good.

Any pasta recipes are easy to put together, don't cost a lot to make and can be tailored to fit anyone's tastes. I also use my crock pot quite a bit. I like that I can assemble my ingredients the night before, throw it in the crock pot the morning of and dinner is ready when I get home. The most I have to do is make a salad or cook some rice or noodles really quickly.

My kids will eat anything coverered in teriyaki sauce, chicken, fish, pork chops, beef, veggies or shoe leather. I make my own sauce, but if you want to keep it easy try one of the store brands.

The first thing I do is start a pot of rice in my rice cooker.

Chicken is the easiest. Cut up the chicken (I use boneless, skinless breast) into bite sized chunks. Cover in sauce and saute until the chicken is cooked though and the glaze has thickened. Takes about 10 minutes. Boil a little frozen corn or peas. Serve when the rice is done. Rice will take about 20 minutes.

Stir Fry: buy the ready made sauce and you can pre-cut the meat the night before and leave it marinating so that you don't take too much time cooking when you get home. Cook the chicken or steak and when done add the stir fry vegetables (they come in a bag) and finish cooking. Make with white rice. (I bought myself this thing to make rice in the microwave so that it takes less time.)
Meatloaf: google recipe prep it on the weekend and you can defrost and place it in the oven when you get home. Make quick mash potatoes and corn with it.
Pasta: Can be done in so many ways. Take olive oil, garlic, salt it takes minutes to cook shrimp. When it's cooked add jared alfredo sauce. Toss with cooked pasta.
Mexican Night: Buy fajita seasoning, season chicken cook with onions and green peppers and you can make quesadillas with tortilla and cheese. You can serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole on the side.
I just start googling recipes and it helps out. Hope this helps.

This sounds disgusting, but my kids love it.
Wrap hot dogs in flour tortillas, place in baking dish. Pour a can of chili over the top, cover with grated cheese and bake until heated through
