Yes. We do eat roosters. They usually are the tough old birds that you stew for DAYS to get them tender. The neck is the toughest from all that cockadoodledoin' lol

We do eat roosters ... most stewing "chicken" is rooster. And, on top of that, most "chicken farmers" don't keep many roosters around.
