I am a musician, who has just spent all my money making a record. I will be in debt for a while, what can I eat for very little money? "Top Ramen" is not acceptable! It's just the lowest grade of bullion mixed with MSG.
I need food that I can freeze, or that has a long shelf life, that has some real nutrients. I am willing to sacrifice taste if it is cheap and healthy. THANKS!!!

My aunt says that the heat from the stove eventually "cooks your guts!" Is this true?

I was just curious what the difference is between Chinese and Japanses Green Teas. Do they have differing flavors or health benefits??? Preparation and serving?

I came home from class, girlled up some delicous chicken, but as I was grilling, I ate 4 pieces of bread and butter (not good)....

Then had my chicken with tomato chunks on top and 1 piece of string cheese, then after I ate that.......(here comes the binging)...

Had a whole package (not box,the amount in the plastic wrap which is quite a bit) of Grahm crackers (original) and dipped it into skim milk...

for breakfast I had a Banana and a protein bar with orange juice,

Then as a snack between class I had a apple.

How bad was my binging at lunch?

Plus Im going to the gym later, and guess ill get a lean cusine for dinner (one with 150 calories) and just drink water for the rest of the day.

I suck....no wonder why Im 237 on the scale today (6'2 male)

It's an apple that taste like a grape. I have seen them in grocery stores. They cost about $6.00 each so I haven't tried it yet.

I have BBQ babyback ribs in the crockpot right now, and I'm trying to think of a good side dish. I have two potatoes and broccoli, and I'm just asking to see if anyone has any good suggestions? I'm getting tired of the same of stuff.

Thanks!

I went to Wallyworld (its Walmart, OK?) on Jan. 28, 2007 and bought a red bellpepper for 78 cents and a green bell pepper of the same size/weight for 2.48 dollars. It really buffled me what makes red bell pepper quite costly?

A friend mentioned this fruit at a party this weekend and was describiting its flesh as orangish. She said it was widely eaten by her family. Pronounced like the letter "b" is in Spanish.
