A turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with a touch of mustard (No mayo or butter) with tomoto and lettuce, a piece of fresh fruit and juice, milk or water to drink. Look at V8 juice low sodium and General Mills honey nut cherrio bars. While they are a bit high in fat they are have a ton of nutrition and taste.

Tuna would be good, no mayo or use lite, with a low fat cracker or on a whole grain bread, lettuce, tomato. Or take a plain can of tuna in h2o and add to a salad( homemade or take out)
I like lean cuisines with fruit, yogurt or a side salad.
Bean Burritos are a good choice just watch out for add'l cheese, sour cream. Mickey D's has a good Asian grilled chicken salad ad yogurt parfait.
Instead of Ramen noodles which are suprisingly higher in fat than I thought and have no nutritional value try miso , veggie and bean soups . They are healthy and lower in fat.

I love the Lean Cuisine and Healthy frozen meals. I eat one of those plus a small salad every day for lunch. There are many to choose from and are always on sale. My favorite is the chicken and bar b que brick oven pizza from Lean Cuisine.
These meals are low in fat and calories but tend to have a high sodium content. Also a turkey or ham sandwich with plenty of vegetables (no mayo) is very filling and healthy. Pair that with a serving of baked potato chips and it makes a healthy ready to eat lunch.
