It's not low-calorie or low-fat, but sunflower seeds work nicely if you're bad at eating them.

A little bag will have ~150 calories but if you take the time to crack them open, one by one, in your mouth and spit out the shell... it can take you hours to finish the whole bag. It'll keep you occupied for a long time.

Air popped popcorn sprayed with 0 calorie margarine. Parkay & I can't believe it's not butter are good brands. Add salt to taste. A large bowl pops in just a few minutes. I have it for lunch every day. It keeps me full until dinner time.

Yogurt and add milled flax seed. Things that are high in fiber make you stay fuller longer. I sometimes and a high fiber cereal to the yogurt too and that fills me up for a while. Get the light yogurt.

Hmm not sure about the fat, but an egg mcMuffin fills me up at breakfast time and it only has 300 calories.

Something high in protein. I love Edemame (boiled soybeans). Any low fat dairy is great too, such as yoghurt.
